Fixed-fee legal services, priced by the Remuneration Order

Our fees follow the Advocates (Remuneration) Order, the scale every Kenyan advocate is bound by. For the services below the fee is fixed, with the final scope and engagement confirmed before work starts. For property, succession and court work the fee depends on the value involved, and you can calculate it first.

Remuneration Order figures are minimum professional fees, exclusive of VAT and disbursements. Complex or urgent matters may be charged above the scale where the Order allows. We confirm the fee in writing before starting.

How payment works

  3. Paste the M-Pesa code

    Enter the 10-character code from your confirmation SMS, with your name and phone number.

  4. We confirm

    You get a reference straight away. We confirm your booking by phone or WhatsApp on the next working day.

Confirming your instruction

Your order is a request. Before work starts we confirm payment, conflicts, the precise scope, documents needed and timing in writing. A package does not include litigation, contested proceedings or extra work unless expressly agreed. Registry and government charges are additional where stated and require your approval. If we cannot act, payment for work not provided is refundable.
