Our approach

We currently use only storage needed for security, the services you request and remembering your cookie choice. We do not currently install analytics cookies, advertising pixels or remarketing trackers. You can browse, use our legal tools, enquire and place an order without agreeing to optional tracking.

Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small file stored by your browser and sent back to the relevant website. Local storage keeps information in your browser between visits; session storage keeps information within a browser tab. Both are covered by this policy even though they are not cookies. Our consent control does not send your preference to a third-party consent platform.

These first-party functions support a service you request or protect the website. They remain available when you reject optional cookies. The applicable basis for processing personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy; consent to unrelated tracking is not a condition of receiving a service.

Your cookie choices

The banner offers Customise, Reject optional and Accept all. Strictly necessary storage cannot be switched off through the banner. Analytics and advertising are marked “Not in use”, with no preselected optional permissions. Because there are no optional categories currently installed, Accept all and Reject optional both leave only necessary storage active.

Open cookie settings

You can reopen Cookie settings in every footer to review or replace your choice. Scrolling, closing the settings window or continuing to browse is not treated as consent. If optional uses are introduced, we will describe their purposes, providers and duration, update this policy and ask for a fresh, specific choice before enabling them. Your current choice does not authorise future analytics or marketing.

Preferences apply to this browser on this website, not automatically to your other browsers or devices. The local record is not a central customer profile or a server-side consent register. If browser storage is blocked, your choice applies to the current page and the banner may appear again. Optional tracking remains off.

Security services and external links

The enquiry form supports Cloudflare Turnstile when the firm configures it. That service processes technical information to distinguish legitimate visitors from abuse; it is a security feature, not an advertising category. Depending on the hosting or security configuration, Cloudflare may also issue security cookies such as cf_clearance. Their presence and expiry depend on the configured protection. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Our WhatsApp, social media and map links are ordinary links. We do not embed their advertising pixels in this website. When you follow a link, the external provider's own privacy and cookie practices apply. A cookie choice on this website does not control storage on those external services.

Deleting storage and protecting your information

Use your browser's site-data settings to inspect, block or remove cookies and local/session storage. Clearing the consent record makes the banner appear again. Blocking necessary sessions may prevent forms or checkout working; you can instead contact us directly. Clearing draft or result storage removes that browser's retry information and may remove a displayed download link. It does not cancel an order or delete the firm's records; use Recover an order or contact us for assistance. Close the tab and clear its site data after using a shared device.

This policy is informed by Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 and ODPC guidance. We will publish changes here and refresh the consent request when purposes or optional providers change.
